Some people flourish in busy, high-energy settings. Others shut down when it seems crowded or chaotic. Neither preference is wrong, but picking the wrong environment has a cost.
Notice how you feel on your initial visits. Energized or drained? Focused or scattered? That response matters more than the features.
Do Not Ignore Peak Hours
Go to the gym at the times you actually train. A calm midday tour tells you little about how it feels at 7 PM.
If you face waits for equipment or crowding during the trial, you'll be more frustrated later once the novelty wears off.
